A 19-year-old man has died after a car hit a wall in Broadstairs.
Two female passengers both aged 17 were also injured when the black Vauxhall Corsa hit the garden wall in Stone Road just before 4am on Saturday.
They are now in the QEQM Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
The 18-year-old man from Margate who was driving the car was not injured. He was interviewed by police after he was arrested on suspicion of driving with excess alcohol. He has been released on police bail until May 9 pending further investigations.
Another young man, a fourth passenger, was treated at the QEQM Hospital for minor injuries.
Anyone who saw a black Vauxhall Corsa being driven in the Broadstairs area between 3.30am and 4am on Saturday is being urged to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 01622 798538.
