The Thanet Sport Relief Mile is on March 21
KENT NEWS:

Sainsbury’s has presented Thanet council with a community grant of £150.

It will go towards covering the cost of fruit provided for the Thanet Sport Relief Mile on Sunday, March 21, at the Marlowe Academy athletics track.

The Sainsbury’s Community Grant scheme is funded by sales of reusable plastic bags through the Bags For Life scheme.

Thanet store manager David Holman said: “Our store is at the heart of the community.

“When we heard about Thanet council’s Sport Relief Mile, we were pleased to be able to help out.”
